The Management Team of ATLAS OCEAN DRILLS LIMITED is managed by Engr. James Rossi and other technical Directors appointed by him.
Engr. James Rossi brings over two decades of experience and serves as the President/CEO of ATLAS Ocean Drills Limited. As president and CEO of the company, Engr. James provides leadership to all areas of the business. He works closely with all the company staffs in fostering and protecting our treasured values-driven culture that provides winning relationships with our clients and the communities we touch across the country.
Engr. James is a professional engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, U.K. He has led a variety of roles throughout his more than 28 years of industry experience including Oil & Gas, engineering, project management, business development, estimating, and executive management.
Engr. James is responsible for management and execution of projects from award to close, developing and maintaining positive
client relationships, and overseeing several teams including fabrication, training and development, asset and equipment, and technology and innovation, he spent the majority of his time working on large pipeline projects in Scotland, Netherlands, Norway and was involved in meter station work in Ohio, and pipeline installation projects in Alaska and North Dakota U.S. Engr. James also traveled to Pennsylvania to serve in a business development capacity during the front end of the Marcellus Shale boom.
Engr. James Rossi started ATLAS Ocean Drills Limited in 2009. Among the many responsibilities he has, Engr. James feels strongly about creating an environment that people enjoy working in and focuses on providing a work place that challenges employees, provides growth opportunities, and motivates team members towards continuous improvement.
